Don Trump said Friday the United States has “launched precision strikes” on targets associated with Syrian chemical weapons program. Russian sources have said it was really precision because he and the other countries call Russian president Putin to go over how the strike would go down. Why? because Putin threatened that if the US or associated forces hit any of Russia arms or troops on the ground in Syria (because they support Asad), it would be an act of war and aggression against Russia. Armed with this information and after FULLY letting the cat out of the bag that the US was going to send in a strike, the US proceeded to send in weapons. Russia says it did not support Syria with it latest in air based defense artillery, they said the Syrians used older equipment they purchased from Russia. Russia claims the older equipment was more effective in stopping out aerial assault then US media reported.
The whole effort is a joke. What was not a joke was the attack laid out before ours that just got the job done, not permission required. That was thought to have come from Israel. Israel has a greater stake in the region.
He said a “combined operation” with France and the United Kingdom is underway.
