Foothills Art Association is a group of passionate individuals focused on helping the local arts community grow and prosper. Our members are just as passionate about the arts and contribute to much of our success.
Our Gallery is open free to the public from Tuesday to Saturday each week from 11 am to 4 pm.

We are a 160-member Non-Profit Art Association in La Mesa, CA. Members’ artwork fills our wonderful gallery, Porter Hall, with a new show every month. Our best-known show is the “Wildlife in Art” show in November which brings in wonderful wildlife artworks for our viewing pleasure. Under normal circumstances, We offer demonstrations at each meeting from prestigious artists which are always free and open to our members and the public. These demonstrations are excellent for “budding” and professional artists to learn new skills. Please see our Member page for information on joining us
