Sycuan Community Room opens at Asian Business Association center

The Asian Business Association San Diego celebrated the recent grand reopening of their San Diego office featuring the new Sycuan Community Room.

The “celebration goes beyond the reopening of our office it signifies the resilience, unity, and growth of our vibrant Asian business community here in San Diego. The Sycuan Community Room, in particular, stands as a beacon for collaboration, innovation and community engagement,” said Jason Paguio, president and CEO of ABASD. “As we step into the next chapter of our organization’s journey, we continue to honor our enduring mission—to empower our community, members and the San Diego business community at-large.”

The Sycuan Community Room was named after the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation, and is available to community partners and small businesses that are in need of meeting space, the association said.

“The community room is a continued resource available to the community as businesses continue to navigate the post-pandemic landscape. ABASD is committed to serving as a steadfast resource for small businesses in these challenging times, providing relevant information, valuable contacts and strategic business development programs.”

The community is invited to visit the newly reopened office and the Sycuan Community Room.
