The County of San Diego Waterscape Rebate Program is hosting an environmental workshop at the end of the month.
The workshop is at 1 p.m. March 27 at Lakeside Tractor Supply, 14140 Olde Highway 80.
Workshop participants will learn how to capture rainwater and receive a free rain barrel at the end of the event; however, rain barrels are available to unincorporated residents only and available while supplies last.
