LA MESA, Calif. — An 89-year-old East County woman who went missing Tuesday was found in good condition Wednesday.
Relatives of Conception “Connie” Bibo of La Mesa had reported her missing .
Investigators found Bibo about 2 Wednesday afternoon in San Ysidro and reunited her with her family, Lt. Greg Runge said.
It was unclear why Bibo, who has memory issues and is prone to getting lost, traveled to southern San Diego and where she had spent the night.
