Agencies Respond to Panga Boat Beached Near Sunset Cliffs

Several agencies responded to a boat that washed ashore near Sunset Cliffs Monday.News Chopper 7 captured United States Coast Guard (USCG) crews and what may have been U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agents descending on the panga boat at about 6 a.m. Monday.
