House Speaker Paul Ryan has endorsed House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., to succeed him in his leadership role, Ryan said in an exclusive NBC interview.”I think we all believe that Kevin is the right person,” Ryan said in a “Meet the Press” interview to be aired Sunday.
