Chula Vista Police Investigate Suspicious Death near Storage Facility

Chula Vista police are investigating what they are describing as a suspicious death at a storage facility on L Street near Industrial Boulevard. Officers were called to the scene at 12:50 p.m. and found a man dead in his SUV. TripAdvisor Names Best Airlines in US, World for 2018 Investigators believe the man was driving northbound on Industrial at a slow rate of speed and crashed into the storage facility’s front gate at the end of the street.They said it was unknown if the man was killed or committed suicide, and police would not confirm if a weapon was found in the vehicle. 2 Stopped Drivers Hit and Killed by Car in I-8 Identified Investigators said they recieved varying reports from people nearby, including some who said the driver was slumped over and appeared intoxicated and others who reported hearing gunshots.Police said they were reviewing surveillance video in the area.
